“For the past three years we have been on the long and often difficult journey of renovating our home. Built in approximately 1905 and only ever having two owners, who had done little to it in that time, the house was in great need of some tender loving care. Often, one of the biggest challenges was finding good quality trades people who had the same passion for our old house as we do.
Thankfully we found more than a quality trades person in Eugene, we found someone who is a skilled practitioner of his trade with the ability to provide sound advice to suit your budget. All of this was done with a joke and smile combined with a real professionalism. All of the old sash windows in the house had been painted shut and badly maintained. Some were rotten and, we thought, perhaps in need of complete replacement.
After meeting Eugene and we discovered that all was not lost. Our hopes were raised when he explained he would be able to replace only the rotted areas and restore the rest we were extremely happy.
